Our Summer show is on Saturday 4 August and schedules and entry forms will soon be available in the Village Hall, the village telephone box or at the Hare and Hounds. Alternatively, please print off the attached PDF Summer schedule. Participation is key to a successful show so enter any vegetable or flower that you have managed to cherish through first the Beast from the East and then the summer drought. Also, see how your baking skills shape up in our own village bake-off; there are children’s category’s too, so all the family can be involved. In addition to entering, come along to Netherbury Village Hall and admire the entries displayed in all their glory and enjoy tea and home-made cake as the results are announced. This year the focus will be for best in class so just a single entry can win a top accolade. If you are new to this please ask Mandy Alford, Peter Higginson, Linda Miles, Anne Peck or myself for advice. PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT OUR VILLAGE SHOW
