The Annual Parochial Church Meeting, St Mary’s Church, Netherbury.
The annual meeting will be held in the church on Tuesday 20 March starting promptly at 7:30 pm.
All who are interested in the affairs of our church are welcome to attend although only those whose names are included on the current Church Electoral Roll may vote during the proceedings.
The Rev David Baldwin will chair the meeting and report on the activities of the Beaminster Team Ministry, conduct the election of the Churchwardens and our representative at the Deanery Synod plus the appointment of Sides men/women, the representatives to the Team Council and our Independent Examiner.
This will be followed by Reports on changes to the Electoral Roll; the activities of the PCC; independently examined Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2011; the fabric of the church and the proceedings of the Deanery Synod and the Team Council.
This is not a lengthy meeting and we do hope you will make a note to join us.
